Pharmacy Shift Manager

Role Description: We are seeking a responsible Pharmacy Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise the team, achieve sales targets, ensure accurate stock and order handling, and maintain excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Manage shift operations, team tasks, attendance, discipline, and handovers. - Supervise pharmacists, assistants, delivery staff, and cashiers. - Monitor sales targets, approved Push Lists, near-expiry products, and ethical selling. - Handle customer complaints and monitor order preparation, delivery, and collection accuracy. - Verify incoming stock against invoices, including quantities, prices, expiry dates, and product condition. - Ensure accurate system entries, report discrepancies, and prepare end-of-shift reports. Qualifications: - Strong practical experience in retail pharmacy operations; pharmacy background preferred. - Previous experience as a Senior Pharmacist or Shift Leader is an advantage. - Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and proficiency in pharmacy systems and reporting. - Ability to manage teams under pressure with professionalism and accountability. - OTC and dermocosmetics knowledge is an advantage.
