SPARK Logistics, a joint venture between SPARK (a fully owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco) and Hutchison Ports, is a leading logistics hub located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, at the heart of the Kingdom's oil and gas industry. Spanning 3,000,000 m² with an investment exceeding US$1 billion, it is the largest dry port with bonded zone facility in Saudi Arabia. Phase 1 includes prefabricated warehouses, manufacturing workshops, general cargo laydown areas, a container yard, CFS, full-time customs, X-ray inspection, and more. With permits from Saudi Customs (ZATCA), operations kick start in the first half of 2025. Phase 2 will expand with additional facilities, an intermodal yard, and future connectivity to Saudi Rail.
