Position Summary: Join us as an Engineering Technician and play a vital role supporting the design, installation, qualification, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our equipment runs efficiently and reliably, while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in required training programs to maintain technical proficiency and regulatory compliance. Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, team-based environment while maintaining strong independent work habits. Support the installation, qualification, and validation of manufacturing and packaging equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime. • Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance. Assist in process improvements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency. Equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to complete projects safely and on schedule. • Provide technical drafting support to Project Engineers for the design, layout, and modification of process and utility systems. • Retrieve and distribute drawings, project documentation, and equipment information to Maintenance and Engineering personnel as needed. Support the Project Management team with administrative and technical tasks related to engineering projects. • Participate in required training programs to maintain technical proficiency and regulatory compliance. Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, team-based environment while maintaining strong independent work habits. • Provide technical drafting support to Project Engineers for the design, layout, and modification of process and utility systems. • Prepare, revise, and maintain engineering drawings, including but not limited to: • Site plans • Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) • Equipment and facility layouts • HVAC system drawings • Plant utility systems • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) exhibits • Retrieve and distribute drawings, project documentation, and equipment information to Maintenance and Engineering personnel as needed.
