Project Manager

## Project Manager We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives. ### Key Responsibilities - Plan, organize, and manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final delivery. - Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, AI engineers, and integration specialists. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and project status. - Manage resources, priorities, and workloads to ensure efficient project execution. - Track project performance using KPIs, reports, and project management tools. - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency. ### Qualifications - Proven experience in project management, preferably in software development or technology-driven environments. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and software development life cycles (SDLC). - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com. - Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing requirements. - Strong risk management, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing software development, AI, automation, or API integration projects. - Knowledge of technical workflows, software testing, and product delivery. - Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). ### Success Criteria Successful delivery of projects on schedule, effective coordination across teams, transparent stakeholder communication, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement in delivery quality and efficiency.
